Encourage Financial Independence and Sustainable Employment

Financial stress is one of the leading contributors to anxiety, relationship breakdown, and housing instability. We work with individuals to break the cycle of poverty by building confidence, skills, and pathways to employment.

We meet people where they are and journey with them toward financial independence and meaningful work.

What We Do

  • Offer budgeting and financial literacy workshops.

  • Provide access to job-readiness training, including resume help and interview prep.

  • Partner with local businesses and social enterprises to create employment pathways.

  • Mentor those re-entering the workforce, especially people impacted by prison or long-term unemployment.
